Facilitating a Board Strategy Day
Wikaira Consulting designed and facilitated a strategic planning day for the Board of the Chinese Medicine Council of New Zealand.
The workshop was developed to support the Board in exploring strategic priorities, testing ideas, and building alignment around future direction. The process required careful preparation to ensure the programme, discussions, and outputs were tailored to the Council's governance responsibilities, regulatory functions, and organisational objectives.
Our role included meeting with Board representatives to understand desired outcomes, designing the workshop programme, preparing presentation materials, facilitating discussions and planning exercises, and guiding the Board through a structured process to achieve its objectives.
